When Wolf Home Products was approached by HGTV’s popular home design show Property Brothers – Buying and Selling to assist with one of their episodes, we were understandably proud and excited – it is one of the top-rated shows on cable television, with millions of viewers each week, and they wanted to include Wolf cabinets as part of their design.
Of course, then came the details: the producers needed cabinet options and styles that matched with their kitchen and dining room concepts, we had to align our products to their designs, and it had to be completed and delivered to Nashville in two weeks.
That might have been a challenge for some companies, but Wolf is used to being adaptable, responsive, and fast.
Our design, marketing, and logistics teams went to work with the Property Brothers’ staff to select a lineup of products that met everyone’s expectations.
That might sound like a very special set of circumstances, but, in reality, our team makes this kind of responsive turnaround everyday. Our product development team listens to what dealers and contractors are asking for and go to work designing and sourcing products to those specifications. Our sales and customer service professionals pay special attention to detail and assemble orders to our customers’ specifications. And finally, our logistics team is tasked with getting products to our customers as promised.
Perhaps that approach is a little uncommon, but we do our best to meet our customers’ expectations, and if we fall short, we immediately do everything we can to make it right.
Unusual or not, our approach was certainly appreciated by the production team at Property Brothers:
“Wolf not only stepped in and helped keep our episode on time and on budget, but they worked with us creatively to adapt their products to our ideal kitchen design,” said Victoria Tonelli, Senior Art Director for Property Brothers – Buying and Selling. “From the design process to their record fast delivery time, the entire process was seamless.”
We certainly appreciate the praise, but if you look at it, there’s nothing overly special about our response to the Property Brothers request: it’s simply what we do every day.
