• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Call Center Experience is strongly preferred
• Read, Speak and Write English
• Basic Math skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer Service experience
• Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel…..High Volume Data entry as well as Keyboard navigation and accuracy
